HIMA – 05 – Karin & Laan clashen voor de zoveelste keer zeer ernstig op 13 November 2009

Karin & Laan die zichzelf wisten op te zetten voor het lukraak opzetten van fraude en fraudulente berichtgevingen over “functioneringen” m.b.t tot het fraude: psychotisch zijn. Hebben bewezen dat het organisatie Parnassia achter mijn rug om ook zeer ernstige inbreuk heeft weten te maken op mijn personaliteit en eentoonbaarheid in regelgeving, rechtmatigheid, wetmatigheid, eerlijkheid, gelijkheid, vrede, veiligheid, vrijheid, beweging.

Karin & Laan zijn schuldig bevonden aan het samen opzetten van het wekken van het indruk om misbruik van mijn positie te verhogen, en Karin & Laan laten duidelijk tekens zien dat ongeautoriseerde personen mee hebben gedaan aan hen toestroom van fraude.

Karin & Laan hebben zichzelf schuldig gemaakt aan het poging om mijn positie te verwaarlozen en hebben dat getracht te doen door mijn gezondheid in gevaar te brengen.

Karin & Laan hebben continuerende ongebalanseerde effecten weten uit te oefenen per afspraak om “problemen uiteindelijk aan te praten” die er niet zijn.

Karin & Laan zijn overweldigend overtuigt van henzelf dat ze beter zouden weten, en hebben daarmee bewezen dat hen mensenrechten hebben geschonden, door middel van continueren van fraudes met DSM en continueren van fraudes per rapportage die hen weten aan te maken zonder mijn toestemming of zonder mijn kennis, waarmee ik ook bewezen heb dat dit al gaande was in diezelfde organisatie die binen 4 jaar al meerdere arrestaties heeft zien toekomen, inclusief arrestaties van degenen die zich schuldig maakte aan “dubbele strategiën” binnen het organisatie Parnassia, om zo het leven van anderen te weten te misbruiken, hier achter zaten de militairen (marcel).

Karin & Laan hebben zichzelf weer opgezet om op 13 november zichzelf ernstig te laten overtreden tegenover het wet en rechtmatigheid van mijn positie, en zijn de grootste aartsvijand geworden van Psychiatrie met wel of geen vriendelijke houding, die geweigert is.

Ook is het duidelijk gemaakt dat hen overtreding op 13 November al bewezen is, net als elke overtreding die al vooraf weer te bewijzen is heb ik bewezen dat Hirsch Ballin nooit zijn werk heeft gedaan en net als met Donner zichzelf meerdere keren uit de problemen probeert uit te praten.

HIMA – 04 – Karin’s injustice has been proven

Her injustice is about “infiltration of history which is all fraudulent” because they made it themselves.

Her injustice has proven that she does not take control of justifications.

HIMA – 02 – Geestelijk Gesteldheid Laan & Karin, zijn inderdaad toerekeningsvatbaar in continuerende fraude zaak

Mening 1: de onderlijke afhankelijke meningen dreigen uit te komen tot misbruik van mijn legale positie in HIMA, de autonomie ter veredediging van rechten en plichten.

Mening 2: de toetsbaarheid voor de haalbaarheid om effectief een einde te maken aan misbruik, is niet verplicht gemaakt en ook niet constructief aangepakt, een constructieve dialoog is dus gebaat

Mening 3: de geestelijke gesteldheid van Laan & Karin is wel toerekeningsvatbaar en hen samenwerking om dubieus actief te zijn in het feit dat hen samen presteren aan ongelijke normen en waarden, waarin hen ook lasterlijk overkomen, en samen de opbrengst van die lasterlijkheid in fraude continueren, is bewezen met het manier van Karin om een “plan” te bedenken tegenover de justitionele mogelijkheid van voorarrest. Hiermee heb ik bewezen dat de voorarrest van Laan door Karin in gevaar wordt gezet, omdat ze in haar geestelijke gesteldheid wel toerekeningsvatbaar is en dat niet beseft.

Mening 4: de geestelijke integriteit van Laan is corruptief.

HIMA – 01 – Netherlands professed justice system failed against psychiatry since 2006 till 2009

The interdependency of Netherlands to the creation of WSA, was to know and find out why circumstances of number plates allowed microbiology abusements and microbiology’s injustice in antipsychotica and inhumane workflow which triggered intensified injustice with spoken fraud and abusement of personal integrity.

Why wasn’t there any instructive enactment to protect me as Sysstole327 since 2005/2006? And why wasn’t there any instructive project to shut down intruders/spy’s/third parties/psychiatry?

And how come that mine personal integrity was being abused by people of psychiatry? All these questions have proven that the Dutch Justice system failed to shut down injustice of Psychiatry, the only thing that had to happen was enactment against psychiatry with human rights, none of the Netherlands it’s guiltiness changed/renewed the capability for re-enactment or enactment as in possibility of the existing WSA, therefore it has finally been proven that violation of human rights took place since 2005 and in 2006 they double-crossed it by abandoning me and mine human rights and created a postmodernism creation with Parnassia, which is now known as Parnassia.nl where they are camouflaging their identities of the creation they made with Parnassia of injustice which also endorsed the intensified injustice that had been going on since 2006, where it is proven with Roelofssen that all that injustice is “really still inside their computer” with all false statements that lead to understatements who are guilty at all charges, and have not been held actionable, by Hirsch Ballin at all… Guilty again.
Thus those who abused mine human rights for the option of disability rights and freedom and movement in honesty and equality, peace and safety, was indeed USA, Netherlands, China where the Dutch Justice department became the most guiltiest one with Defensie, Pentagon and Chinese military strategists.
